FIT4MOM 8 Class Pass $175 • 8 visits • Valid for 8 classes within 3 months at any in-person drop-in class (Stroller Strides + Stroller Barre + Body Boost + 360) in Montgomery County. This pass does not include any virtual offerings.

FIT4MOM Membership $99 every month • Unlimited visits • Attend unlimited virtual and drop-in classes. Class options include all virtual and drop-in classes in any and all class formats we offer: Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, 360, Body Boost, Ignite, Fit4baby Prenatal, and our online EXPRESS classes. Body Well Sessions, Fit4baby Sessions, and Run Club Sessions are not available for drop-in and are sold separately. Platinum membership is best for someone who wants to attend at least one class per week (4+ times per month) or wants virtual and would like access to Platinum Perks.
Gift of Fitness 2023 $99 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • Gift a *new mama you know with a free month of classes in December at FIT4MOM Montgomery County.

FIT4MOM Maternity Leave Plan $225 • Unlimited visits for 2 months • This plan is designed for a new mom out on maternity leave. Attend classes for two months from the time of purchase, as often or as little as you'd like. There is no registration fee associated with this plan, and no equipment included.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms improve strength, muscle tone, and posture. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy! Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format for both moms and littles!
